In our mechanical workshops heavy machining is carried out as part of the production chain for machine building and the manufacturing of large parts. There are modern CNC-controlled processing machines, portal milling machines, boring mills, vertical turning machines available.

Individual pieces with a maximum weight up to 100t and dimensions of 16 x 7.5 x 4.5 m can be machined in one clamping, turned parts up to a 6,2 m diameter. Please refer to the list of machines for details of our machinery.

Before the final assembly the individual parts are sand blasted and coated for corrosion protection in our paint shop.
